I took charge of the Convenience Retail and non-fuel strategy, retail marketing, and retail systems (POS / BOS / HOS). Through the creation and execution of marketing strategies and standards, we boosted promotional sales from 4% to 12% of turnover. Collaborating with corporate marketing, we successfully established and executed brand strategies, propelling TotalEnergies from the 4th position to the 2nd position in the “2018 Sunday Times Brands Awards.”
Additionally, I oversaw the seamless payment, digital and loyalty integrations, project management, and deployment of Retail POS / BOS / HOS, yielding cost savings of RM2 in switching fees.
