Collaborating with the global team, I spearheaded and executed progressive strategies for retail systems (POS, BOS, HOS), convenience retail (CR), and non-fuel retail (NFR) expansion across 12 African nations, elevating Puma Energy's network. I led the introduction of innovative tactics to heighten operational efficiency within Convenience Retail and Retail Systems. Working with stakeholders in the global, regional and, country level teams, I managed network development projects, contracts, and partnerships, while also conceptualizing inventive store designs, layouts, and planograms to optimize supply chains and pricing structures. By creating branded convenience retail offerings, I bolstered our market presence and achieved a remarkable 36% year-over-year sales growth in Zambia. My focus on operational excellence, Category Management, project management and leadership ensured the highest standards.
